OP said ME3 is not downloading on EA app, but it worked on Origin. (Including all DLCs)
You said you have the same problem, so you should be able to download the DLCs as well with Origin.
If not, what exactly is your problem?

When I tried it on Origin, I had the exact same issue. I remember when I install the game back in June, it worked fine.
Thank you for the help, but I was not able to download Origin. When I clicked on the link, it redirected me to the EA app download location. It seems Origin is only available for Mac.
I renewed the link, it should work now.

Can you please check with the people at the IT or something as I am fairly certain the problem lays server-side and not user-side.
