Can you see the DLCs in the DLC list of both clients or are they just not there?
I can see them in both clients, when I click on download it don't download and an error message appear. The same on both clients
I'm having the exact same issue - doesn't matter whether its on the EA-App or Origin.
I've even tried everything outlined here: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Other-Mass-Effect-Games/Can-t-Download-quot-From-Ashes-quot-DLC/td-p/5578445
Nothing works. You can see the errormessage in the added screenshot.Edit: I've tried downloading the DLC on other devices like my laptop - No success either.
