Mass Effect Andromeda not launching

so i bought mass effect andromeda on ea app and when i try to launch a game it says launching the game and then the games does not launch it stops i tried to reinstall game to different driver but it did not fix the problem. i reinstalled the ea app but it did not fix the problem i cleared a cache of ea app but it did not fix the problem. Can anyone help me?

Hey Dzin1ki Try uninstalling the game and then clearing your system registry with an app of your choice. After that, install the EA app and the game in the default location. Alternatively, you can create a new Windows admin account and complete the installation process using that account.

do you know any safe app for cleaning registry and what will be deleted by cleaning registry?
