ME3 Won't Download after Deluxe Upgrade (Addon) Purchase

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I purchased the ME3 deluxe upgrade addon, I got duplicate "addons" and game refuses to update to deluxe, and now when I tried to re-install it, I can't.
What happens when the bug occurs? Infinite "Try again later"
What do you expect to see? Downloading the game.

I've reinstalled EA App, Cleared every cache related. Wiped the registry. Nothing will let me download ME3 Deluxe, or even the base game.

  • I'm attaching the cleaned version of the transcript of the live chat, that took hours to actually get my issue resolved.

    I feel absolutely sorry for anyone who has this issue in the future for the absolute pain they will need to go through to resolve this issue. It was an absolute nightmare to get resolved. Unfortunately I do not know if I will have side effects or unfixed items, besides the names being duplicate in my owned "addons" because I was disconnect at the worst time due to random chance.

    I can at least download and play the game again. Thanks to who ever worked behind the scenes to attempt to partially resolve it.

    Yes, I've tried to contact the EA help desk, and I get advisor after advisor asking me the same information. Its like the help desk is broken. Everytime I submit informatin via email they ask for, someone else responds like its a brand new ticket despite having clicked "resume" and appending information.

  • I just got rushed off the phone with complaining about an account issue after they re-granted ME3 Deluxe edition, yet that didn't fix the issue. I was told that it would "upgrade" after a few hours and the Help Desk via email is broken creating confusion, and The issue is that EA App WILL NOT LET ME DOWNLOAD THE GAME AT ALL. I can download every other game I own but since I purchased the Deluxe Upgrade (DLC/ADDON) the game WILL NOT DOWNLOAD!

    I also have multiple of the same DLCs (Extended Cut [x2], From Ashes [x2], N7 Collector Edition [x2]) I suspect these are breaking it.
