Summarize your bug I have games pass, and EA play through it, and can't play Sims 4 anymore. There is always a message at the front saying "Membership Expired" in the "My Collections" section, but I am allowed to download it in other places (even though I have already downloaded it), when I do try to download it, it fails with a "Unable to install" message, referring to the game as "Game Name Unavailable" and tells me to restart my PC. When I look at it through Xbox app it says to install. How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What happens when the bug occurs? When I open the game, through whichever Xbox app or EA Desktop.
