Missing all of my expansion packs

I bought a new MacBook Pro in August 2024 and soon realised origin was not working so had no option to move to EA (which I am not happy about) I dowloaded all of my expansion packs with the base game and played it with no problem in August. Fast forward to today, I am missing all of my expansion packs. I have tried repairing, clearing cache, restarting the app and MacBook but nothing is working. I have also tried to redeem codes, despite it saying all of the games were installed on the 6th August 2024, and it says this code has already been redeemed.
I am losing the will to live as I spent a FORTUNE on these games for it to not work properly. Please can someone help me!
bena0202 You'd need to contact EA customer support to have your accounts merged. I would strongly recommend live chat rather than email. If you don't see the option, try a slightly different category of issue, for example Sims 4 > I need help loading my game shows live chat for me.
On the other hand, if only one of your accounts owns all the content, you technically don't need to merge anything. You could first change the other account's attached email address to something else, then change the correct account's email to the one you'd like to use.
