Missing FC26 in EA app
Hi, I bought FC26 yesterday via EA app, payment is proccesed and finished correctly, it seems like I own a game, but I dont have it in EA app... I see ownership when I login to website. In app, I installed FC26 yesterday because I bought EA play basic after and when I bought that, I had finally option to install FC, couldnt do it untill that. But right now there is info that I can play only 10 hour trial. I bought full game!!
I did everything possible with up -- off and on, uninstalled and installed, cache deleted, I have no ban, payment was definitely process but yet, I didnt receive product I should. I would really like someone from EA support team to contact me, I paid for a product I didnt receive and I would like to solve it or to know, if I should request my money back or what.
