It is likely the case that you still have the edition on your account that you had previously, but that it is just displayed differently in the EA app.
Did you install the game already and see if everything is there?

i installed alice madness returns in ea app and run the game,unfortunately it was just alice madeness returns,not the complete collection.Because i didn't find American McGee's Alice in it which was contained in the complete collection.

Try clearing the cache, and app recovery. They are both located in the app on the top left under help. Make sure you log completely out and reboot your system then log back in as an Administrator. If that doesn't work, contact EA Help. Hope this helps.... Good luck.
