Missing games I bought!

I'm missing games I bought years ago. How can I get them back? They are listed in my purchase history but are not listed in EA app.

    Hey everyone,

    I'm closing this thread because it covered various errors in the EA app that aren't related and likely stem from different causes.

    If you're facing the "There's a problem with your download" or "Something went wrong" error, report it here with the requested data on page 1.

    For the "You don't have access" error, report it here with the requested data on page 1.

    If your EA app indicates a game has been removed from your library (see below), go here.

No, I haven't seen an message as such. The games are shown in my downloaded history but not available on my account, it claims I dont own them and need to purchase them again.

Same here. Went looking for my BF4 game... only see my BF5 in the EA App inventory.  Yet, when i look at my purchase history I can see my BF4 purchased in 2015:

4/13/2015 - BF4 Digital Deluxe purchase complete.

11/17/2015 - BF4 Community Operations + Night Operations

11/26/2015 - BF4 Peremium Membership complete.

12/19/2015 - BF4 Legacy Operations

    A log out/back into the app and a refresh seemed to load more games that I was missing.
