So I have old games missing in my library, are available in purchase history and reported to support two times. All I get from their side it is escalated is that the kind of support you give? is that the terms and conditions we deal with? and the funny thing they don't have a resolution time to solve any issue.
I done that millions of times and reported cases..and nothing is fixed it is a bug and their agents are the worst ever they keep saying random things and one of them told me it is an old game lol..btw they are still selling it
Have you tried the Help->App Recovery feature?
I have to do this every other day because the app forgets which games I own and which are installed. It's REALLY annoying.
1st Update! they marked case as resolved but games are still missing. So, I contacted them again, they told me game is too old lol although they are still selling it, then he told me I can't add it wait our team working on it. Is that kind of a Joke? There should be a title Every year for the worst customer service and be given to EA.
