Missing games

Hello,
Today I connected to the new EA app for the first time, last time I connected on Origin. I've got a bug here. Why are several games I purchased missing from my library? Such as Battlefronts 2, all 3 mass effects including legendary edition, Battlefield 1 and 5 ? Those are the ones I remember and are the most important to me. I currently have 2 games in my library, namely Andromeda which I also purchased through Steam and The Sims 4 which is free. The games I have purchased, I have never used any form of subscription.

I'm asking for an explanation. Getting to your support is downright criminal.

    In that case it sounds like you're logging in with a different EA account- If your game library isn't showing your content in the EA app, then most likely you're logging into the EA app with the wrong login details. You need to login to the app with the same details that you originally purchased your content on, and you'll see everything available in your library to download and access again.

    I'd recommend checking any emails you have for the email receipt of your purchases so you know which account to login to the EA app to.     In that case it sounds like you're logging in with a different EA account- If your game library isn't showing your content in the EA app, then most likely you're logging into the EA app with the wrong login details. You need to login to the app with the same details that you originally purchased your content on, and you'll see everything available in your library to download and access again.

    I'm having the same issue as OP. My Retail CD key activated copy of Mass Effect 1 is missing from my account now. My Digitally purchased on Origin copy of Mass Effect 3 is missing from my library now. Real games missing from my account I want restored.

    EDIT: Yes, I'm on the correct origin/EA account before that question is asked.

    EDIT2: My copy of Mass Effect: Andromeda activated from a physical CD key is also missing from my account now. I don't have this game anywhere else and i have no way to play it now. What do, EA?

    EDIT3: Trying to open a support ticket on the website is difficult, but it did show my account still has those games. When you go to the EA help page it lists your owned games when you're logged in. https://help.ea.com/en/help-home/ Shows the games I mentioned missing from my account and more.

    Hi, I have the same problem, my games I bought around 2006 from Direct 2 drive later they were in gamefly after they were in origin and now that its the EA app half of them are gone. I only have 2 emails that I use, and only one has an ea account linked to it, its the same on i used with origin and the others.

    a bunch of mine showed up when I went into upper left, 3 horizontal lines, help, restart app. All the games I bought on disc I think were the issues. They show up when I refreshed. The app thinks I have never played them before though, which is annoying.

    Doing a straight reply to this. All my Sims 4 DLC packs, Sims 3, Sims Medieval, and Battlefront 2 have all been missing from my EA app library since May 30th. My app is updated. I've tried to contact support to no avail. I've done an error report and cleared the cache, my items are still missing. This is getting frustrating. I just want my games back. @EA_Cade

    This happened to me too. I lost dead space 3 with all the dlc-s. There are no history of me purchase the game nor the dlc's, besides the achivements. I contacted the supports, but they don't help me just sending the usual crap ctrl+c ->  ctrl+v emails with the forum bulls**t. It's very frustrating. 

    Is there any known progress in the issue EA_Solaire?
