Missing games
I just got the new EA instead of Origin, but it didn't save any of my games....is there a way to transfer them from Origin to the new platform?

You shouldn't need to transfer your games from Origin to the EA app as they pull your library from the exact same place. If you're missing every game in your library, then it seems to me like you might be logging in from the wrong account. Do you have any other email addresses and the like you might have used in the past to make an EA account that you can try to log in with? Hi! Thanks for responding. No other emails and I'm missing everything!

There's two things I can think to try. First, could you try clearing the EA app cache? Sometimes a file in there can get broken or corrupted and cause issues like this.
If that doesn't work, could you check your order history and let me know if you see the games you've bought there?
