Echos Of Time Tech Issue

Again, the promo linking to the new pack won't work. I am trying to play the challenge, and it won't progress after completing the tasks. The only challenge that has worked for me, so far, has been the Grim Life and Death Challenges. If you want people to buy the new pack you are promoting, then you might want the challenge to work as well. Done with the rant. 

I am stuck at the Study a Historical Display. The only prompt that comes up is View. The sim views it and nothing happens. The prompt "study historical display" is no where to be found. Is there a fix on the way?
