missing purchased content

Originally I signed up with EA using my email address and a password, sometime later I signed in again but used the google authentication instead of the email and password.  Although my details have stayed the same, my purchased items are all gone.  I have spoken to the support chat agent but he could not assist and suggested I post my question here.

    Thanks, in that case it sounds like you're logging in with a different EA account- If your game library and order history isn't showing your content in the EA app, then most likely you're logging into the EA app with the wrong login details. You need to login to the app with the same details that you originally purchased your content on, and you'll see everything available in your library to download and access again.

    I'd recommend checking any emails you have for the email receipt of your purchases so you know which account to login to the EA app to.     No, nothing at all.

    Its like the account has been overwritten with a blank new account.

    My support ticket says they have closed it, with no fix available.  So all my purchases are gone, sorry for you.  Thats a BS response.

    Like I said, email address is the same.  Only the method used to authenticate is different.

    Whether I login using my email and password or login using the google authentication makes no difference. But my games are missing.  Are you telling me I cannot get that back, even if I have the codes I used to activate the games ?  You will be able to confirm it was activated on the same email address.

    You need to speak with live support using the link provided above so they can help you locate which account your games are currently tied with and help you get logged in there.
