missing purchased content
Originally I signed up with EA using my email address and a password, sometime later I signed in again but used the google authentication instead of the email and password. Although my details have stayed the same, my purchased items are all gone. I have spoken to the support chat agent but he could not assist and suggested I post my question here.
Thanks, in that case it sounds like you're logging in with a different EA account- If your game library and order history isn't showing your content in the EA app, then most likely you're logging into the EA app with the wrong login details. You need to login to the app with the same details that you originally purchased your content on, and you'll see everything available in your library to download and access again.
I'd recommend checking any emails you have for the email receipt of your purchases so you know which account to login to the EA app to.
