Click on your product Origin
Then select 'PC
Manage my Account'
Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or call

I just did that. I've been told that EA app is still in BETA and not all games are migrated to the new app, yet. This should complete by the end of the year.
I thought EA app is out of BETA because I can't use Origin anymore. It makes no sense to deprecate Origin if the migration to the new app is not complete.

It is working for me when I launch it from the EA app @val3nt33n.
If you open Origin does it work from there?

Origin app works fine. I can see and launch all versions of my games.
Since I uninstalled the Origin app, I searched for a download link to Origin app but everything points to EA app now, with the exception of a Mac version.
So, I edited the Mac URL and managed to find the PC version at https://www.dm.origin.com/pc/download
