My download is endlessly stuck on "preparing".

I've tried everything, cleaning the cache, redownloading the EA app, updating it, repairing it, freeing up memory. Anything I could think of (and what I was able to find on the internet). Nothing ...

hi! if your downloading it on a hard drive or flash drive i think i found a solution! just remove all the date into another flash drive and format the drive to NTFS! it should most likely work!

I’m not saving on an external at this time. At this point the base game installed with no issues on stream and the dlc installed fine with ea. I don’t understand what’s causing the issue since this update but we really shouldn’t have to do all this to get the game to work.
