My EA account has been banned due unknown reasons.....

Greetings.

When I opened the EA App (that's because i'm play on PC) my account has been permanently blocked (for me it's banned) without any reason and I don't know why. I created this second account for make this forum and the account have the problem it's Mob1ch1G95​ (that's main account) and also I reported months ago that I cannot change the email again because it  have a weird email that is not from me. The last time I used that account was on the last sunday. In that any case I need a help with that because it's weird that I didn't use since the last sunday (October 5th) and right now it been banned. I attached some capture......

I hope will receive any answers or a help for solve this unnecessary banned and also change that email.

    If you cannot access your email we need you to make contact with an EA Help Advisor for assistance with changing it.
