My EA App is showing friends offline when they aren't

worked all good yesterday for me and my friend. Today we cant see each other. tried above except DNS, a problem like that should not be needed to do for a game like BF. There are so many people who dont know how to change settings like this. Been playing alomst everyday for the past months without any issue

(apart from all in squad not joining a game or someone from the squad is getting logged out)
