my EA APP is stuck on "could not connect to server "

no matter what i do my EA APP is stuck on "could not connect to server " how can i fix this , it was working just fine a few days before, its been in this state for 2 days now

my ea app is stuck on "could not connect to server we ran into a problem but a restart should fix it" i have tried restarting and i have checked my net to see that its stable, nothing has worked to get it passed this screen

    thanks i tried the recovery option, repair , rebooting the pc,none of them worked ,  the solution that has finally worked was deleting  the app from my pc and reinstalling it ,,

    Hello @manbaggio,

    please try doing an app recovery - you can find this by clicking the three lines in the upper left corner and then going to "Help".

     Otherwise, please manually update the app. You can do this by running the EA Updater file in the files of the app.

    @manbaggio, good that that ended up working! Sometimes a clean instal is the only solution.
