My EA app won't open and Sims 4 wont load

When using my EA account Ive used forever I'm not unable to launch my app unless if delete it and reinstall each time. Once the app is open Sims 4 requires an uiodate, but it won't update. Packs I have recently bought wont download and there is no way for me to play, except for offline. I have tried reinstalling EA, restarting my computer, repairing the game (nothing happens), uninstalling Sims 4 (nothing happens), and contacting EA (after an hour of chatting they send me to this forum?). Please help I don't want all the money I've put into this game to go to waste.
