I'm sorry to hear you're unable to access your game. Could you please confirm where you purchased the game? Was it through the EA app? If yes, you should see it in the purchase history, if it doesn't show in there, there's a chance you're logged in a different account.

It seems that your xbox account was unlinked from your EA account which led to this game being removed, as it's linked to your xbox account. Can you try linking the account you used before and seeing if it appears?- @SansGelatine thank you for your answer
the game disappeared before unlink xbox account and Xbox account was my friend's account
