MY games do not appear

I purchased the FC 24 game, but my game does not appear in the library. What should I do?

    Hi @Salvador3004 

    To confirm if you purchase FC 24 from the Epic Games launcher, can you try install then launching from the Epic Games client to check if you get any error messages?

      To check does the Epic order show as completed? 

      If so, try the steps shared by epic here to see if we can get the game to appear in your Epic Games library.

        There is no problem in Epic games. I can't do anything on Ea, I can't play games.There is only 1 game on Ea and it is not visible either. It has been a long time since I bought the game.
