My games don't launch

Hello, I've been using EA Desktop for about 3 months (thanks to the xbox game pass) and for a few weeks I've been having big problems launching. My games don't launch anymore, no error message, jus...

Hello @Wherxit,

Seems we had quite a few players coming in through the Xbox Game Pass, but let's have a look at the problem that you're having. 

When they Play button is greyed out, it could be a cache issue. You can clear the cache via the App Recovery tool. You can find it by pressing the Windows logo on your keyboard and going to EA > App Recovery > Clear cache. 

If you can't open EA Desktop through the Xbox App, then uninstall EA Desktop after clearing the cache and reinstall EA Desktop through the Xbox App. 

The Xbox Game Pass games won't show up in Origin, as the promotion is only available through EA Desktop.
