My new DLC didn't download

Today I bought a DLC from another platform (Eneba which I've used before with no issue) and I entered the code as normal in the EA App, but, even though it accepted my code and all, I doesn't show as downloaded in the app, so I can't use the expansion pack for the Sims4 I bought. Now I try to re enter the code, but it says it was used already (yeah, by me just now, duh). What can I do to solve this? Did I loose my money?

    Hi there, 

    You can check the game in your library, then go to Manage Add-ons and see if the expansion pack is available to be downloaded or if it's already installed. If the DLC shows available for purchase, this means that there could be a problem with the code. If you would like, you can contact EA Help Support, and they can assist you by checking your account and code. If you purchase the code from a third-party retailer, you might have to contact them in order to exchange the code.

    Hey!

    I checked as you told me and it does show as "new", but everywhere else it's not available to download, what can I do now? Even inside the game it's not in the owned category.
