My pack will not download, and the game will not open on the new MAC EA app. I purchased the Perfect Patio expansion pack and it has been "downloading" since Wednesday. I cannot delete it, pause or cancel the download and my game will not open as a result. It's been like this for days. I have already reinstalled the EA app.

Hey, so the problem is not on my MacBook Air. On my computer MacBook Air, the expansion pack is downloaded, but on my Mac mini it just says the same as yesterday. it just says preparing, and I have tried to delete it and then install it again, but it dosen´t work. I don't understand? Why is it downloaded on my MacBook Air, but not on my Mac mini?
Please help???
