My sims game won’t update
I click update and it completes the calculating time bit but then the app closes and this happens on repeat. I’ve reinstalled, cleared cache, restarted, and now idk what to do

I quit the update when it just hanged around and checked my broadband connection and it was just fine. Tried to download a few things to make sure, like updating my drivers.
Restarted my computer and tried again, and just let it work. At a snails pace, it finally managed to download and install the tiny patch. I fear for what will happen once they release something big again. Kabooom!
I’m sorry but what do you mean by drivers? This is why I will always prefer origin I had no problems with it and as soon as I had to switch to ea I’ve had problems
