my sims pack stucked on preparing
I bought 4 stuff packs for The Sims 4. The first one dowloaded perfectly but the second one (perfect patio stuff pack) has been stucked on preparing for 2 days. the other 2 pack are queued and i can't open my game while the packs are downloading and i cannot cancel the download. I tried cleaning my cache, i updated my pc but it's still not working. Can someone help me please?

Please try the following steps to get this cleared up:
- Open task manager, locate EA Background Service, and end task
- Clear the cache for the EA app
- Run the EA app as an administrator
- Check for any background applications blocking the EA App
- Try lowering your User Access Control Settings:
- Close the EA app
- Click the Windows button and type "UAC" in the search field
- In the User Access Control window, click and hold the slide bar —slide it to the lowest setting available
- Click Okay the bottom of the window
- Open the EA app client and try starting the download again
