Summarize your bug I'm having problems with the need for speed payback, it says my region is not available,
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? i don't , i send the image for the problem
What happens when the bug occurs? nothing, not donwload because my region is not available
What do you expect to see? wait to see the game work I want to play it

 I'm having problems with the need for speed payback, it says my region is not available, I have access to the xbox gamepass, the need for speed heat I already have access but the payback doesn't, help me I wanted to play the game payback thank you

    Thanks for the report.

    It's possible that the game is actually not available in your region, however, I would like to see if I can verify or clarify this.

    May I ask the region you're from?

    @kentaro51, I see. And you've claimed the game via Xbox Game Pass x EA Play, right?
    And this is the only game that gives this issue?
