Summarize your bug I'm having problems with the need for speed payback, it says my region is not available,
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? i don't , i send the image for the problem
What happens when the bug occurs? nothing, not donwload because my region is not available
What do you expect to see? wait to see the game work I want to play it

 I'm having problems with the need for speed payback, it says my region is not available, I have access to the xbox gamepass, the need for speed heat I already have access but the payback doesn't, help me I wanted to play the game payback thank you

    @kentaro51, yeah but that via Origin and as a standalone purchase (from what I can see on the attached image), not as a subscriptions via EA Play that you got via Xbox Game Pass.

    You get this message via the EA App, right? And when you search for the game in the Xbox app, what message do you see?

    by xbox pass it says it is available but I click and it goes to the EA APP and it says unavailable in my region
