New expansion pack download problem

Hi! I play the Sims 4 on a MacBook Air and I have an external hard drive where all my files are downloaded. After the recent update I bought City Living expansion pack which I can't download from EA app because I get the messages I attached. The expansions packs I have downloaded before are running without a problem.
