New Reported Issue - "Not enough Space to install"

Hello! There are several user reports upon reinstalling the game that several Packs will not install and instead give a "Not Enough Space to Download" error. This is happening when there is plenty of space available, and of course no mods installed yet. I am hoping this post can serve as a place to compile info regarding this Error.  If you are having this error and are willing to share some details

• Windows or Mac?
• HOW did you uninstall? (Via EA/Steam, Control Panel, manually deleting files, and uninstaller program, etc)
• Which Packs are not installing?
• Have you changed your install path?
