New Sims 4 Kits Not Installing after purchase/download/install

I've purchased one of the newest kits (The First Fits Kit) and its doing the exact same thing. When I go into CAS, it doesn't show up, even if I put the Kits tag. I've tried the following steps, clea...

My problem is even worse, I simply can't buy the kits. The app says there's a problem with my account and could not proceed with the purchase

@EA_Solaire Well I couldn't obtain dessert kit and now I can't buy any of the new kits either, it's really annoying now. I'm giving up...
