I have been having constant issues with my sims 4 not launching the new expansions and kits I have purchased threw ea pc. No one from customer service threw ea chat have been able to help me. I've cleared cache repaired game repaired ea and still not able to play new purchases. Example the legacy expansion shows installed on ea but not generating in sims 4 I need somebody to HELP ME since I'm not able to get refund for purchases.
I'm having the same problem. I just went through all the fixes with EA (chat) and they couldn't fix it for me. 5 x kit are not showing in my Manage addons and when you go to the pack selection in game they are saying there not available.
Ive communicated with over 5 people threw chat and no help also did all the trouble shooting they requested and nothing, ask for a refund they won't allow it
