Newly Purchased Games/DLCs Not Showing in EA app Library Since Nov. 24, 2023

Summarize your bug I purchased Madden 24, I have a confirmation email and it says dellivered in my order history however the game is not in my libary for me to download even though you all took my money. Please help
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? N/A
What happens when the bug occurs? The game is missing
What do you expect to see? My game I paid for

By reading the way to switch the region I solved my issue with missing videogames including free games that EA have given years ago.
My region is Italy. Then I switched to UK and games appeared back. I tried to switch back to Italy and the game are still visible and downloadable.
I don't know why but it is a very annoying bug of EA client which needs to be fixed ASAP.

Hi GunnaKill,
Could you tell me how you refreshed your install directory? I have tried every suggestion here so far and nothing has worked. I've lost all my saved games on Dragon Age-Origins and am trying to get them back if possible. The game itself isn't even showing up in EA, even though I've linked to Steam. Thanks for any help!
