I am having an issue where the game Need for Speed The Run will not start at all when attempting to launch it from the EA App. EA App looks like its about to start the game but nothing happens or opens. No error code is displayed so I have no idea what's happening. I have tried to re-install the game multiple times and to different drives/folder locations. The game used to work fine with Origin. Anyone else have an issue like this with the EA app?
plug out network cable or turn off Wifi connections, it willnot login to autolog

Same problem here ☹️ .. I get a window saying 'preparing to open' then it just does nothing and doesn't launch the game. I love this game so much, I'm absolutely gutted that it's not playable on the new EA app. Wish I could get Origin back now!
It's not the Autolog problem, either, this is something different. This is the game just refusing to load at all, so it doesn't even get to try to connect to Autolog.
I have the same issue. but what is odd is it will start on a laptop that like 4-5 years old with 9th gen i7, ddr4 and a gtx card on win 10 that was upgraded to win 11 but wont load on my newer laptop that is like a year n half old or so and came with win 11 12 gen i7, ddr5 and a rtx card. im beyond lost.
