Same problem here ☹️ .. I get a window saying 'preparing to open' then it just does nothing and doesn't launch the game. I love this game so much, I'm absolutely gutted that it's not playable on the new EA app. Wish I could get Origin back now!
It's not the Autolog problem, either, this is something different. This is the game just refusing to load at all, so it doesn't even get to try to connect to Autolog.
