Hi @MultiChr,

I'm sorry to hear that, that's not something that's supposed to happen and let's have a look to see what's causing this. 

There are a few things that we can try, but I'd like to know first if this also happens on Origin?

I have some troubleshooting steps for you to try as well:

  • Clear the cache via Help > App Recovery > Clear Cache. 
  • Make an exception in your firewall/anti'virus for the EA app.
  • Temporarily turn off your VPN and Proxies.

A few days ago, I added a player as a friend. We were supposed to play together, but just now we suddenly couldn't play games together. After I restarted my computer, I couldn't find him in the friend list, nor could I find him in the game. Both of us have set the permission to add friends to the public.
