No licenses error
i purchased ea sports pga tour after i had 6 minutes left in the trial that comes with ea play. once i bought the game i played for the 6 minutes left in my trial and then the game closed. I then tried to go onto the EA app and i went to my library and it showed that i owed the game but it was greyed out and said it was unavailable. i tried launching the game from the desktop and it opened steam and steam came up with an error that said "failure no licenses". i dont know what to do because and im kind of upset because I payed a lot of money for the game just for it to be unavailable to play.
If you have EA Play which has the trial, and own the game, oftentimes you have to remove the trial completely and then reinstall the owned game which I do from the store and not from the library. Sometimes the EA app will show the trial and not the full game in the library.
Once you uninstall the game, run the recovery so that it clears the cache, and then go to the store and install the full version and not the trial.
