none of my add on will load
reloaded the base game and now none of my add on will load your site says i own them but not available to down load WHY

If you need further help, let me know what category you fall into and what you see.
If the EA app shows you own the DLC but they will not download, it is usually a sync or cache issue.
Close the EA app completely, clear the EA app cache from Help then App Recovery, then restart your PC and open the app again.
Also check that you are logged into the correct EA account and that the base game and DLC are installed on the same drive.
If they still show as owned but unavailable, repair The Sims 4 from the EA app and try again.
Thank you wiping the cache did it
