I'm trying to log into my EA account (I had to make a new one just to post this) and the 6 digit security code won't send to my email. I have checked junk, spam, and my inbox and no matter how many times I resend the code, I receive nothing. I would love help as I have had this account for over 10 years....
Community ManagerHey kt7hx5cjdyuy this can happen from time to time, it can be due to using one of the more niche email providers or simply the case that you have filtered or blocked incoming emails.
Can you check your filter settings to ensure that you are not blocking EA emails?

My wife is having the same issue the person that posted is having. I just checked her email filter settings and she neither blocked or filtered EA emails.

Is your wife able to select another verification method, text perhaps.
