6 Digit Security Code Not Sending

I'm trying to log into my EA account (I had to make a new one just to post this) and the 6 digit security code won't send to my email. I have checked junk, spam, and my inbox and no matter how many times I resend the code, I receive nothing. I would love help as I have had this account for over 10 years....

    If using a more niche email provider kt7hx5cjdyuy​ then they may be blocking them. It is worth chatting with your email provider to see if there is anything they can do, as some of the smaller more niche providers don't support them.

    Hey kt7hx5cjdyuy​ this can happen from time to time, it can be due to using one of the more niche email providers or simply the case that you have filtered or blocked incoming emails.

    Can you check your filter settings to ensure that you are not blocking EA emails?

    My wife is having the same issue the person that posted is having. I just checked her email filter settings and she neither blocked or filtered EA emails.

    We can't really assist with issues related to other people Rickertkm​.

    We prefer to talk directly with the person having the issue.

    Is your wife able to select another verification method, text perhaps.

    My email does not have EA blocked, it is a more niche email which is why I was trying to log in so I could change it to a gmail. Is there any way to fix this? I feel like I've gotten codes before to log in with the same email, so I'm not sure why it won't work now. Thank you for your help!
