Not able to download

I'm not able to download the sims 4 either updating or repairing and i have cleared the cache and i dont know what else to do

    I'm sorry to hear you're having problems downloading your game on the EA app. Are you receiving any error messages when trying to start the download? If possible, please share a screenshot of the error that you see.
