Not able to link Steam Account with EA Account

I am trying to link my steam account with EA account but it is showing me that I already have a linked account. The linked account was not mine and I unlinked but now it is not allowing me to link with my original Steam account. I am trying to connect with support but I am not finding any way to do so. Is there a way where this can be resolved that the other steam account which is not mine can be unlinked permanently and I link my original steam account to EA account?
