Pending Order

Hello, my order is stuck at pending, and also on my paypal account it is stuck as a pending transaction.  According to paypal, EA need to process the order on their end.   I’ve chatted with two customer service people and neither knew what to do or even explain to me the problem. I think it was because i had internet connectivity difficulties at the time i placed my order and the app wasn’t online.  How long should I wait for the order to go through and will the system try to process it within the next few days?
