Nothing will download

Nothing on my EA app will download at all. My download speed went all the way down to 737 bytes per second! that's not even a KB, and my wifi is currently completely fine! I reloaded the app, cleared my cache, restarted my computer, and uninstalled the EA app and now that won't even download! Again, my wifi is completely fine so I know that it is just the EA app.

    I'll try to find some steps that could help if your games are not downloading. First, may I confirm if you see any error messages on the EA app or during the downloading process?
