Nursery stuff installed but not accessible in game

I'm playing on Mac have bought the new Nursery Stuff Pack and installed it. But when I go into the game, the pack is not available (in game it says that I do not own the game and before going into life mode, on the store the pack is listed as "not available" and "not owned") The files are installed, and on the app it also says that it is installed
