Old account

I made a EA account years ago with a different email, just made a new EA account but cant link my playstation as its linked to my old email that I dont have anymore to get the code from how can I link my playstation now?

    I have the same issue with my xbox account. I've opened multiple cases but EA hasn't helped in any of them.
