i had the same problem and then i went for some help with ea tech team and now i cant even download the game. keeps telling me there's a download error. and its only for this game.

This is happening to multiple titles at the moment. I understand it is affecting this one specifically for you but the team is getting everything slowly back up and running. Some issues may take longer than others due to many different factors that don't apply to everyone.
So is there any new update on this or is everything still pretty broken still?
Community Manager@FromTheWolfs There has not been an update on this from the team that I can see. That does not mean they arent making changes they need to on their end though. Sometimes updates are delayed due to the number of issues happening at the same time.
