[Old Report] EA app saying I don't own the game

Hey guys,

Just to let you know, I had an error message this morning when I tried to loads the Sims 4 via the EA app, kept saying it was downloaded on another device and I didn't own it. If this happens for any of you, if you load the EA app, click the 3 lines in top left corner, go to help, then to app recovery and click clear cache, that seemed to work for me and my game now loads. This is a bug that was reported a couple months ago but seems to be happening again. Hope this helps you all

    I am repairing my game overnight, the first solution didn't work for me.

    I will have to ask them tomorrow how it could be somewhere else when this account is the only EA account I've ever had

    i am not even going to bother 50 50 my cc because it isn't worth it.

    I'll report back here tomorrow with my results. Whether the repair worked or I had to do live chat.
