Origin app and EA app not showing same Game Library

Yes, playable (and I have played a lot) on both.
The Sims4 and all the expansions, packs, and kits are what I care about the most. I see the base game and a handful of expansions on my Mac, nothing on the PC.

  Hi @thatredgirl I wanted to confirm if the Sims and expansions are still missing?
  
  If so can we try the following and check if it updates?

  Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
  
  Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
  
  Connection and Advance Connection Guides
  
  Untick the options in LAN Settings (make sure nothing is checked under Proxy Server)
  
  If this keeps up, can you let me know which expansions are missing?

    Yes, I have restarted, cleared caches -- everything. This has been going on for quite a while.
    I owned almost everything... I am missing the following packs/expansions/kits:
    City Living
    Cottage Living
    Snowy Escape
    High School Years
    Growing Together
    Vampires
    Jungle Adventure
    Realm of Magic
    My Wedding Stories
    Werewolves
    Spooky Stuff
    Bowling Night Stuff
    My First Pet Stuff
    Moschino Stuff
    Tiny Living Stuff
    Nifty Knitting
    Paranormal Stuff
    All Kits -- in fact, I had just purchased the Grunge Kit right before I'd merged accounts

@EA_Illium Yet another with the same problem as me, I see. Isn't it time EA starts taking this seriously?
