3 years ago@thatredgirl Which games are you missing? To confirm should the missing ones be playable on PC?
Yes, playable (and I have played a lot) on both.
The Sims4 and all the expansions, packs, and kits are what I care about the most. I see the base game and a handful of expansions on my Mac, nothing on the PC.

Hi @thatredgirl I wanted to confirm if the Sims and expansions are still missing?
If so can we try the following and check if it updates?
Spoiler- Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Untick the options in LAN Settings (make sure nothing is checked under Proxy Server)
If this keeps up, can you let me know which expansions are missing?

Yes, I have restarted, cleared caches -- everything. This has been going on for quite a while.
I owned almost everything... I am missing the following packs/expansions/kits:
- City Living
- Cottage Living
- Snowy Escape
- High School Years
- Growing Together
- Vampires
- Jungle Adventure
- Realm of Magic
- My Wedding Stories
- Werewolves
- Spooky Stuff
- Bowling Night Stuff
- My First Pet Stuff
- Moschino Stuff
- Tiny Living Stuff
- Nifty Knitting
- Paranormal Stuff
- All Kits -- in fact, I had just purchased the Grunge Kit right before I'd merged accounts
- 3 years ago@EA_Illium Yet another with the same problem as me, I see. Isn't it time EA starts taking this seriously?
