Origin does not work - Can't play Online, or access any DLCs

Origin app was working more than amazing up until the news about EA app replacing it eventually. After that, the absolute hell started. I couldn't login into my account for about a month oe two. Then I managed to log in, but the "go online" button doesn't not work. I tried playing offline, but noticed that despite being logged in and everything, the game I played (Sims 4) didn't have any of the additional content I bought. It was just a base game. Also nothing loads when I'm offline. My game tried to auto update and wouldn't start loading, asking me to go online, which leads me to believe that new games won't be accessible to me either, as they won't have opportunity to load. This is very frustrating, because I payed real money for all this stuff just to not have access to it for quite a long time now, and still ongoing. EA app that is supposed to replace Origin is nowhere near being available for Mac, so this is just not serious and highly unprofessional of EA

I already tried reinstalling Origin, fully deleting and installing it again, I tried literally everything in the book that could be an issue and nothing worked, so if you're going to copy paste solution from FAQ page, you are not helping.

    If your game library isn't showing your add-ons in the EA app, then most likely you're logging into the EA app with the wrong login details. You need to login to the app with the same details that you originally purchased your content on, and you'll see everything available in your library to download and access again.

    Please also check your Order History in the EA app- if your Order History is showing as blank and you're not seeing any previous purchases you've made here, this is another way to verify that you're currently logging into the app with the incorrect login details. 

    I'd recommend checking any emails you have for the email receipt of your purchases so you know which account to login to the EA app to. If you need further help locating the correct login details, that's something live support can help with- you can reach out to live support by submitting a help request here: https://help.ea.com/help/faq/using-ea-help.

    As for not being able to connect online- what specific error message are you seeing when you try to connect?

    Bruh,

    First of all, I only have 1 account, I'm 100% sure I'm logging in to the right one

    Second, not EA app, ORIGIN. Origin doesn't load. EA app works, Origin doesn't.
